Easy enough for me. Online access seemed pretty simple and streamlined. We got our tickets via email and was happy to see them. We are excited so you get to go to the concert soon. It cost a little more than expected than I wasn't ready for the attached fees, but we have tickets.

I googled AXS tickets and got directed to this site, not realizing this was a resale site. Not happy. For most people ticket purchases are a a high-stakes and high adrenaline experience. Especially when trying to purchase for a gift. I paid way too much for these crappy seats. This is totally on me, but this is how the game works, right? Prey on the people trying to score tickets.
I mistakenly thought that I was getting a good deal. I paid more than $60 after the miscellaneous fees were added for the same parking lot that was only charging $25. And there were plenty of spaces available.
Easy,but I have questions. Never offered parking pass. What can I do about the parking?
