By mistake I purchased tickets through this sight not knowing I should have been on a Select your ticket insted. Once purchased realized I couldn't cancel. An expensive mistake with no options to rectify. I will not use the sight ever again.
Pretty easy to use. But the fee is hidden because nobody would buy tickets if they knew how much it was.
I do not feel comfortable being charged for tickets that I don't know when, or if, I will get. The tickets are to be delivered by the date of the show. So am I to drive over an hour to get to the venue and then wait to see if my tickets arrive? I will not have access to a desktop or laptop after I leave home

Over all the experience has been good! Waiting for the tickets to be transfered is a bit of nerve racking due to that they have already been paid for. The conformation email says I should receive my tickets by the day before the show so that's a little unsettling thinking if they will arrive before then!

I was able to reserve tickets, however there is no place to request ASL Interpreter Services. I have written the SPAC Box Office and haven't heard back yet. I wish there was a way for you to refer the request. Otherwise, the purchase was smooth.
