After I placed the order, I realized the price was in US$. It appeared I had time to cancel as the site was counting down, I did not confirm and thought the transaction was canelled until I saw the charge on my credit card. I tried to call and cancel only to be told I can't. Ended up paying 4X what I should have paid.
Confusing. Why not immediately send my tickets as soon as I purchased them?
Easy to use but crazy service charges, two $88 tickets coming out to $233 is absolutely nuts.
The process is easy but the fees are too expensive and you gave me the wrong show tickets, I ordered for 7pm but instead I got for 1pm with no option to be corrected.
Ordering was easy, but they only offered special shipping which added a lot to the ticket price.

This was my first time ordering tickets from the Ticketsonsale site. It was a seamless process and I'll definitely use this site again!
Process is very complicated for someone who isn't computer savvy.
