I went to the facility website but was on this resale website, tickets were priced nearly double to listed price and fee was excessive. I did not have a confirmation of my purchase with fees. I contacted vendor and was told no refunds, credit card transaction was immediate and I am told the tickets will get here before the show, so money gone and no tickets (trust them).

I received this email titled "confirmation email" and it said "click here if you've received your confirmation email". Well, how else would I click the link if I had not received the email? The link is in the email. Or, is there supposed to be a different "confirmation email"? Because I have NOT received any other emails. So, am I now confirming that I received an email that I did not receive? So confusing!
