Easy to purchase tickets online. Email confirmation after purchase completed. Still would prefer actual paper tickets or will call vs waiting on electronic tickets. But this is the new way.

Tickets were not advertised in USD, tickets were purchased for a baseball game in Toronto. As a Canadian resident I was not expecting to need to pay an exchange rate.
