Pretty annoying that you have to buy tickets individually… And you can't add multiple shows into your cart when they are at the same venue. So now I have a bunch of individual ticket situations that I have to keep track of. And last year it was a nightmare. Also, the first day they went on sale. The VIP option was not clearly designated, and so I had to go in the next day and buy more tickets under that Category.
In all honesty, I found the process of getting my tickets and then the confirmation process - very involved, much more so than any other ticket purchase I have ever made. Very complicated. A few minutes before my purchase with you, I purchased tickets at the Goodman. That was a piece of cake compared to my purchase with you. Sorry.
It was nice receiving a reminder e-mail asking if I received confirmation of my order.
Even through there was an issue with the confirmation email and link to transfer my tickets electronically. After submitting a request the issue was resolved a day later with my confirmation email activated and the tickets were transferred electronically. This may be due to purchasing tickets on a weekend? I'm not sure, just, yet I glad issue was resolved expediently :)
Purchasing was quick and easy. It would be nice to get your tickets as soon as you pay, but overall I've never had issues with purchasing tickets via StubHub.
