Losing tickets in an email isn't cool. I finally found the email and it was buried in my Spam/Trash that should've been flagged as important. There's got to be a better way of communicating
The reason I gave 4 stars is I don't like that I do not receive the tickets I bought and paid in full until the day of the event (7 months from now). It makes me wonder if anything goes wrong and the seller decides not release the tickets. Then what? My money back? I want to have them in hand ( or my Apple wallet). Peace of mind.

It was a very easy process. Only issue was the final cost, it didn't provide a review screen which included all costs before I purchased the tickets, I felt the $80 processing fee was way to high, specifically when the tickets were only $114

These folks charged me $50 in fees. In no way does providing a marketplace at this day in age cost that much money. They are price gouging parasites.
