I paid $294.24 for 2 tickets for a show in October and have yet to receive them digitally. I have been contacting them and all I get is the same response about how sellers are waiting on venues to release tickets blah blah blah. It's been nearly a week and the only confirmation emails I get are about confirming that I received the confirmation email. Still no tickets. Hopefully I get them before the show but I still feel scammed nonetheless. The sellers need to be held accountable for not sending the tickets as soon as the consumer pays because the $70.74 service fee does not match the service I received.
