Bought tickets to a concert and have yet to receive them. Got a confirmation of my purchase but says tickets may net be emailed until a day before the concert. A lot of reviews say people never receive them so guess we'll see. Purchased insurance so I'm covered either way.

The ticket price was listed as being around $50, but when the transaction went through, to my confusion and slight panic that I'd maybe bought the wrong ticket, I was charged $76. I guess there were taxes and fees added, but I was unpleasantly surprised since this information was not adequately displayed to me before checkout.
