Being from out of town I didn't know if the site would work but not only did it work, it was really easy to use.

1st time purchasing tickets with TicketsOnSale and was shocked to learn I may not receive MY tickets until the day prior to the event. Unacceptable. When I contacted TicketsOnSale to discuss my concern, the CHAT explained this was just how it is and nothing can be done to change the potential arrival date of my tickets. I was also not ALLOWED to cancel my purchase. I will not promote, recommend or purchase tickets with TicketsOnSale again.
