This is the first time I have bought tickets through TicketsOnSale, process was simple and fast, they responded back with ticket purchase confirmation within a couple minutes of purchase.
The site gave me a range of available seats stating rows "a-z" so I assumed that was the general section and then it would give more choice but it didn't and just sent me tickets almost all the way in the back… I wouldn't have purchased these tickets had I known the lack of selection.

I've never done this before but it was easy peasy. I probably will use this method again in the future for tickets.
It's so hard to log on it never recognizes me on the app and it drives me crazy. Why is there a "delivery fee" when it's simply going to email we are already charging 14.00 extra for my particular tickets for fees in general! Please be more transparent about why fees are not flat and what is a delivery fee?
