Ordered tickets a week or so ago and still have not received them in my account.
I was tricked by Google, it's my bad, I paid double for tickets on your site, it is what it is. The experience was fine though, I got my tickets.
Pretty straightforward. Too many 'offers' at checkout. Surprised at 'fees' that added $$$ to final charge. Live and learn. 😕 Will certainly research options better in the future.

Bought parking pass then had to wait for couple hours to receive. Ran right up to reasonable deadline for parking pass given that lots open hours before event time. None of your Contact links worked, your website has no contact or support info. In short it was a harrowing experience enough that I initiated a fraud complaint with my credit card company. Would never use this site again. Was shocked I actually got the parking pass in the end but at a 3X ripoff price gouge there you go.
Since I haven't received the tickets yet, it's too early to review.
I wanted to cancel my purchase soon after making it. It was before I accepted the tickets from the seller. I was told I could not cancel. However the follow up email asked if I received my tickets, did not receive my tickets or cancelled the purchase. How could I cancel it if that's not allowed?

It's a little scary going on here first time. You just sent money on the internet and not sure what happens next. Emails arrived quickly and described everything. I stalled a day or so before getting the app and a nice reminder came with all the links from previous emails to make it simple. Everything was simple and looks good for the concert. Thank you
Too expensive. I don't like that I cannot cancel since I can't make the concert.
