I received confirmation and payment was taken but I have not received my tickets. Why and when will they be emailed?

Did not realize I was on a resale site. Was not happy when I figured it out. Needs to be labeled better. Also needs to be clearer that the price was USD and not CAD.

I would feel more comfortable if the tickets were available on the date of purchase. The phone line was over a hour wait before i hung up

I wanted to buy two seats together, and It told me the row, but not the exact seats. That seems a little strange. But it did turn out to be ok once I got the tickets.

Purchased concert tickets for a show in Las Vegas next fall.

Wasn't aware of all of the fees prior and probably could have just driven to the venue and paid about the same closer. The only benefit was I knew I had a parking spot. Unfortunately had a fair walk to the venue and back after.

I bought the tickets like I wanted to, the website literally did what it needed to.

I did not realize this was a US reseller site. I am in Canada buying tickets for a show in my city, I did not realize the price I paid would be nearly double in my own currency. I'm also doubtful I will actually receive tickets as they are only supposed to be sent the day before the show.

It was fine but I figured with the four emails I got when I purchased my purchased my ticket, that I had received my ticket. When I got to the show last night I had to download another app and figure out which email I used to purchase, etc. just kind of a hassle.

Excellent service fast quick and easy can't wait to purchase more!

There's too many special offers. It makes the experience feel cheap.
