I bought tickets, and am waiting for them to be transferred, which will happen closer to the event date.
I was confused because the last time I bought tickets to State Farm Arena, I was automatically ushered to a place to buy parking. That didn't happen this time so I looked on my own and somehow found this site. I purchased a ticket for much more than I paid last year in a different lot. The site claimed there was only one spot left so I purchased it. I looked on the site again a few minutes later and it still said one spot was left. Is that true or did you say that to encourage a sale? It doesn't really matter. I'll let you know in May if this purchase worked.

The order process was easy but after I paid for my tickets I received a confirmation email that stated I may not receive my tickets until September 2nd which is 2 days from the event. My order was placed on March 22nd...so it has me nervous if I will even receive the tickets for my concert. I'm hopeful I will but ticketsonsale.com should put rules into place for sellers that they are required to deliver paid for tickets within 48 hours of purchase. This is kind of crazy I will need to wait months to get the tickets I PAID FOR! This is a horrible feeling as a consumer.
Awful. We have lost so much money bc you search engine was slow so we pushed multiple times and never got a refund bc there is no way to contact a human to discuss!
