I was told to look out for a confirmation email and that i needed to accept my tix before the start of the event or would lose them. Never received any email regarding confirmation reception of said tix... wasn't until I called customer service that I was told I had received them a d where to look in order to verify said tix... that was frustrating. Granted they were slightly last minute tix ( show started in 3 hrs and didn't get worried til an hour before start)...
But, moral of the story, I did receive my tix, less than an hour after purchase, unbeknownst to me... that was much appreciated. Just wish the process was a lil more streamlined and didn't have to search so heard for verification...
All in all, was happy with the price and tux were legit so can't really be upset...
Easily 5 stars if not for the confusion about confirming receipt of tix. But customer service was helpful, once I finally found a way to contact a real person... btw, AI chat was completely useless and did not even initiate an actual conversation. Let alone be of any use whatsoever...

I am not clear about whether my purchase will be sent to me or if it will be available at the venue on the evening of the performance. Otherwise I am completely satisfied.
