I ordered tickets for a Barons game on Saturday, april 2 but have not received them yet. I have had no luck with live chat. They ask for an order number which I haven't received. I have a nephew that plays for the Barons and was looking forward to seeing him pitch.
Their response was quick. I only worry that I get my actual tickets on time but I ahve only done an automated chat. I will try later to confirm the tickets will be sent.

I kind of hate that it converts to usd pricing…. Why pay USD when buying in Canada for a show held in Canada?
I thought fairly certainly I was buying from ticket master until I realized my tickets weren't in my ticket master app. My bad, I know. I did get my tickets, however, it seemed difficult to know how or when I was going to get them.

Fees are not disclosed upfront, and this particular event fees were almost as much as the ticket itself. Also, I've purchased tickets at this location before, and when you purchase a table the listed prices for the table. It was not clear that this was a per chair at the table cost. Not saying it was fraudulent, but definitely misleading, and the final cost of the tickets was not displayed until after you hit purchase.
Quick and easy to purchase but it's a bit nerve wracking that my event is tomorrow and i still have not gotten my tickets
