I had a very uncomfortable experience obtaining the QR Code on my Night Ranger digital tickets this week. At the time of ticket transfer (2 days before the event), I was told the QR Code would appear on the tickets 1 hour before the start of the show (6:30pm), which isn't a lot of time before the start of a show. They did not appear as of 6:45pm. I had to get paper tickets to the show at the Will Call window. The QR Code finally appeared on the digital ticket at 7:30pm, after I was already in the theater. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
This vendor is not a listed resale vendor for the venue for the tickets. I am contesting this purchase as the tickets are not going to get me in to see the ballet I paid over $1000 for!
