The ticket transfer process was slightly sketchy with a nonprofessional email and the process should have been outlined within the ticketing purchase.

Was not sure i was on the correct site to buy the tickets but it says I have them. It also doesn't have my name on the tickets but someone else's. The email I got said it wasn't an issue, for the amount I paid I hope it will not be. The email also said I couldn't print my tickets out. I always print my tickets and it's never been an issue before.
