When I was purchasing my tickets it did not show me that I was going to be charged a $168 processing fee. I would've canceled this purchase but it said all sales are final. I find this fee to be excessive. I could've bought these tickets directly from ticket Master had I known the cost up-front.

At 1st I thought I was scammed. I thought I went to ticket master, then upon purchase I realized I was NOT on ticket master. I wasn't thrilled at the idea that I did not know my seats, but the lady I talked to was very polite and explained why. I got my electronic tickets via email and have my seats now. Overall better than I was originally expecting in my paniced state.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
