This purchase required multiple emails and steps. I ended up having to download an app. Surely the process could be streamlined. Also, fees, of course, are exorbitant and not disclosed until the end of the payment process. You should be up front with the fees. I guess you are ashamed to be robbing people, so that's why you keep it hidden until the end.
There is no automation at the lot so there is no one to scan the barcode. I suspect that is why all the spots were taken.
