Paid $111 for a ticket to the show, because I was directed to the wrong website. I could've bought one for 45 from the actual vendor website. I was not allowed to cancel or resell ridiculously overpriced ticket bought by accident And also I had paid for my tickets last Friday and still have not received them.

Both the ticket prices and experience were extremely good and wish I could rate higher but the fees charged are extremely high. I received 4 tickets at $39 a piece but fees were over $50. I didn't notice the fees before completing the order which is on me but I won't be using the service again.
When I purchased my ticket, it would not upload. I had to call customer service which did not help. Instead of talking to them they had me text in chat. Every time I had to switch from chat to my ticket, the chat would close and I would have to start over. Very frustrating. Finally I just closed out of everything and waited a few minutes. When I opened the app again the ticket uploaded and I was able to use it. Then when I got to the parking deck, the space was still available for $20. I paid three times that and had to deal with the frustration with the app and walk 20 minutes to and from the game. Next time I will be better prepared.

I spent an extra $50 bucks on my tickets because I didn't realize this was a resale site. The same tickets were still available through the venue for much less. This site is a scam for scalpers.
