Very simple and easy to purchase tickets through! I head about Social Distortion in the radio and immediately went online to buy tickets in fear they sold out. It diverted me to this website and couldn't have been easier to go through, purchase the tickets and get the confirmation email.
The extra prices over and above the tickets were not clearly outlined... added about 50% on to the ticket price

Website does not make it clear that you won't get assigned seats or tickets when payment is submitted. Tickets with seats TBD won't be sent until a week before concert. I must travel from home in Ohio to FL for concert and need tickets delivered NLT 2 days prior to concert to allow for travel. I will be forced to start working the phone get the tickets moving two weeks prior to show. What could possibly go wrong? Why don't they release seats to buyer at ticket purchase like a reputable ticket vendor?
It's bad enough that ticket prices are what they are to see a concert - it's all about profit, profit, profit. However, charging a convenience fee on top of the ticket price should be illegal. Again, all the hands are in the till to make a profit.
The parking spot was within walking distance from the stadium

After agreeing to purchase the tickets, and my payment was accepted, the website still showed a countdown timer. This was after I already confirmed my purchase. I also help ticket, and never heard anything back from the site. Not sure I would ever use the site again.

I would like to have an itemized receipt to see what cost me $100 more than I thought my tickets were coasting. Did I pay for the ticket insurance I chose not to take? Or is it some other hidden fee? Besides that it's been fine so far as long as the tickets show up smoothly on schedule one day before the show.
