I received my confirmation email immediately but yet to receive my tickets
I would like to have an itemized receipt to see what cost me $100 more than I thought my tickets were coasting. Did I pay for the ticket insurance I chose not to take? Or is it some other hidden fee? Besides that it's been fine so far as long as the tickets show up smoothly on schedule one day before the show.
It's a little soon to rate your experience, when we haven't received our tickets yet, nor attended the performance.

Your telephone help was great. I wish I didn't need to download an app to receive my tickets. You could have just emailed them to me. The app is unnecessary and I will be deleting it after I see this show.
