Their exorbitant fees were buried in the fine print as the clock was ticking to finalize my purchase. When I realized this and called to cancel just minutes later, I was told their policy is 'no cancellations'. Looking at reviews, I see hundreds of BBB complaints, no accreditation, and a class action suit against them for deceptive practices. My purchase confirmation states that I might not receive the email tickets until the day of the show, months from now! Checked with the venue - they are not an authorized ticket seller. Also, the Wilco show was sold out within an hour of opening up ticket sales to the public. How is it that tickesonsale can still be selling tickets to it a week later? If I don't receive valid tickets soon, I'll be contacting the AG and having my bank reverse the charge to my credit card.

As a consumer I like to have the option of changing my mind. With this company I was unable to get a refund even though I found saimilar tickets for over $100 less. I just won't use it anymore.
It is unclear what this confirmation is supposed to be. Tickets Onsale sends an email asking me confirm I received the "confirmation email." When I click "Yes I received it" button I am asked for a review. It feels almost like spam.

Had to chat with Cust serv. I purchased tickets for 150 each. When I printed tickets the price came up 84.00 each. Their response was it came from Marketing. This was confusing. I hope there's not a problem when we arrive at the venue. The tickets to me s/h/b printed as the actual price paid.

No problems everything was good no issues no problem receiving the tickets and were delivered promptly
I experienced a bit of sticker shock as the price advertised was not the price I paid. This did concern me however I'm assuming there's a secondary market markup, but I wish I knew at the time how much that was going to be. I did receive the concert tickets the next day via Ticketmaster so they are in my Apple wallet so I am looking forward to the show.
