Just send me solid PRINTED tickets so i know i have them... not some frickin cyber tickets t that some hacker can screw up and steal my money. What if i get to the show and they tell me they are fake? After a 5-6 hour drive and hotel room?
Viewed tickets. Made selection. Paid, got the ticket transfer, accepted them into Ticketmaster account, added them to Google Wallet.

The day I bought the tickets I started having problems could not find out any information that the tickets were mine or not. Today I get an email that my tickets were delivered to my email well so far they haven't been delivered.

There's an excess of emails and "instructions." Links do not work and there is nowhere to Sign Up, Sign In, or Log In on the Ticketsonsale site.
No where did I see a listing of all of the extra fees attached to my purchase.
Their exorbitant fees were buried in the fine print as the clock was ticking to finalize my purchase. When I realized this and called to cancel just minutes later, I was told their policy is 'no cancellations'. Looking at reviews, I see hundreds of BBB complaints, no accreditation, and a class action suit against them for deceptive practices. My purchase confirmation states that I might not receive the email tickets until the day of the show, months from now! Checked with the venue - they are not an authorized ticket seller. Also, the Wilco show was sold out within an hour of opening up ticket sales to the public. How is it that tickesonsale can still be selling tickets to it a week later? If I don't receive valid tickets soon, I'll be contacting the AG and having my bank reverse the charge to my credit card.
