Bought tickets for Brandon Lake in LR. I was doing this with my daughter and we didn't want to lose our tickets but do not recall seeing any reference to the exorbitant service charge until the purchase was complete. Seemed less than transparent.

It took 3 sessions and 85 minutes with a "live agent" (actually AI) to get my tickets. Their system for trouble shooting is too complicated. I will not use this ticket service again.
This has not been an easy process to receive the tickets. Once I receive the tickets in my email it asks me to accept them but there isn't a link for me to accept.
The whole process was definitely worth it. Anxiety free and fast response. Thank you!
