I don't like the fact that I have to wait until the day before the concert that I will get the parking pass. If it's paid for why wait? If I had known I would not have purchased.
20$+ for services and 7.50$ for delivery of an Eticket... Really... Nothing justified this for a web platform

When I purchased my tickets I didn't mean to purchase from this site I ended up paying in US currency but I'm living in Canada. The tickets cost me way more than I should have paid I called immediately to cancel but I was told I couldn't. Very dissatisfied.

Be aware that there is a steep delivery fee not included in the ticket price. It shows up during the checkout process
I ordered tickets for parking. One communication said to print my tickets so the attendant could scan them. I had my hotel print the confirmation I was sent and there was no barcode of any sort and looked like just a picture of the garage with directions but no confirmation on the sheet. The other communication I got said that paper tickets weren't acceptable and only a digital confirmation would work. Hence the confusion. My digital confirmation also had nothing an attendant could scan so I was worried about leaving the garage once we were finished. When we finally got to the attendant he said he would let me out as a one-time courtesy but that whatever site I had used I should never use again, according to him, because none of my confirmations were what he needed. It definitely caused unnecessary stress for something that should have been simple.
I could not tell if i was buying general seating to assign seating the instructions where not clear
I didn't like it all that much. There was a computer involved and I want to have my tickets. Tickets are important because if you don't have your tickets then you can't see the baseball game.
Everything seems to be easy enough for me to figure out. I just don't like having to review everything.
