There was no clear communication or acknowledgment when I was buying the tickets as to what I was getting myself into. I had no idea it was a 3rd party service that would assign my tickets right before the concert with no 100% guarantee that I'd be sitting where I chose. Also when I realized I paid double the price for the tickets had I bought them directly from the fair website instead so I am not happy about that… Overall I feel scammed and tricked. I know I will most likely get tickets but just not pleased with the uncertainty and overpricing of the tickets and no clear indication as to what I was getting into
I don't mind shopping on line but I would prefer to print my tickets. I don't like having to use electronic tickets. It's like at the airport. People have too much trouble at the gate especially older folks like the ones who will attend Steve Miller Band concert.

It was ok. It could be more clear that I was purchasing in USD instead of CDN. The website wasn't clear. I thought I was booking and ordering based on CDN. If I had understood it was USD I would either, not have purchased tickets or bought cheaper seats. Bottom line I was quite surprised when I saw the payment in my bank account.
Receiving the final tickets was a pain. Was not easy to transfer to my wallet, had to transfer to my son. Then, they were STILL not totally accessible for game time. Fortunately, the gate person at the game looked at the info we DID have on the phone and allowed us entry.
