Easy to order online and received confirmation quickly that they were ordered

While I received the confirmation of my purchase, it seems a little odd that I have to wait till the day before the show to receive the actual tickets. Makes me a little apprehensive.

I was shocked to see that you are a re-seller. I thought I was buying tickets directly from the venue
I'm not happy that I have to wait until 21-2 to get my ticket assignments. Also, your fine print said that I may not get the seats I paid for. This would not be acceptable.

So far the experience is good. My tickets will be released to me two days before the event so I'm waiting on that but the process was easy to purchase tickets.

I was not made aware of all your fees and add-ons as a secondary ticket seller. Made the tickets way overpriced and I was disappointed.

I was scared because my tickets didn't show up in my Ticketmaster app but luckily the ticket qr code was emailed
