I bought tickets. Got the confirmation so thought all was good. Can't use personal phone or computer at work, so found out 3 or 4 days later that they were canceled because I didn't confirm, so had to go through the whole process again.
I accidentally bought tickets from this sight as I went to the venue to purchase tickets. I meant to buy from Ticketmaster as I had already bought 2 sets of the same tickets for 53.00 less! After I realized what I had done I was unable to cancel the order. Now I'm stuck with these overpriced tickets. I bought them for a family member and I couldn't sell them to them in good faith. I know it's my fault but I will be careful the next time and never buy from this company again.
