After receiving my confirmation, i noticed that it said obstructed view. I immediately contacted customer service and they said that despite my not seeing it because it was essentially fine print in an area of the website that i wasn't looking at, that there was nothing that could be done to exchange my seats for different unobstructed seats, even if i had to pay more, because you are only resellers. I will definitely never do business with TicketOn Sale ever again.

Was very easy to find the best ticket price for me, purchase and reserve my admission. Emails were quick to go out and it was simple. The only thing I can think that made me do a double take was when I checked out and paid for my tickets, the countdown timer was still running. I assumed it had to do with a deal for booking lodging near the venue but since I did not need that, it was a little unclear. Also because there was no button to click-off from the page, I was just sat there wondering what the timer was for. But! Then my confirmation email came in and I was all set, so it wasn't even an issue, just the only thing that jumped out at me (not even negative, really, just a WTF moment). 😀
Concert is end of this month and i have not received tickets yet and seller stating i will receive electronically day before concert I am not comfortable waiting till day of concert

Overall an easy process. First time to purchase online. Hope that I did it correctly.
My fault for not checking more in depth, but I didn't realize the site wasn't specific to the Canadian venue until check out was complete and they had a banner at the top.
Show is in 2 weeks and I still don't have my tickets. If the tickets are confirmed, they should be available immediately to the purchaser.
The process to buy tickets was self explanatory and easy to navigate.
