Overall purchase went well. The tickets apparently don't get sent out until closer to the date of event. Do not like that I'm being forced to write e review in order to confirm that my confirmation email went through.

So far it's been very responsive & smooth. I have received email of notification of payment & follow up email to confirm the purchase, seems to be trust worthy.
