I purchased 8 tickets in February for a concert in August and then my conformation email states they will be delivered up to THE DAY BEFORE the concert. It is June and I have still not received tickets. I am afraid I have been SCAMMED.

Overall easy experience however the name listed on my ticket doesn't match the name I provided with my billing information. This concerns me that they don't match and I'm not seeing anywhere to update or reach out for direct support to get it resolved. My event hasn't happened yet so I'm hoping I'll be ok but if not then I'll be reaching out regarding a refund.
