I'm old, not computer or phone savvy, and new to this type of purchasing, which I don't like because I have messed up these kinds of purchasing endeavors before. I like so much more the "old ways. So far, I guess everything has gone "Ok," but am still worried that I won't correctly get the tickets on my phone so I can get into the event. I don't know all the phone and computer terminology, so am lost. Everyone who offers only computer or phone access to get things ordered, or done, seems to assume that everyone else knows how to use these formats, and "We All" just don't Not enough instructions beside the buttons we are to click are given so us ignorant people know what to do. I know that writing this will do no good, because this computer/phone process saves YOU money, and that's all you really care about, not the patrons you are supposedly serving. Thanks, Frank 6-7-25
Can't find my tickets. Not good, cant find a number to call or a place to login. When I try to login, it says these tickets have already been taken by another email address. Probably got scammed
Tickets on sale advertised 2 Shawn Desmon tickets for roughly $360, I ended up paying $500+ and still waiting for my tickets, Not sure if it was a scam or if I will be getting them soon. Keep getting a confirmation email that asked if I got a confirmation email and took me straight to this review. So not sure if this is legit or not.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
