Read the fine print she said. Show gets cancelled… well rescheduled they say. They dont know when, but in the mean time no refunds allowed. When is the rescheduled event? Who knows but youre going whether you can actually make that date/time or not…. Seems legit. Refund me so i can buy the tickets again IF i can make the next show? Nope. They got my money. Maybe they'll cancel and i get a refund in 3 months? Time will tell i guess. I didnt buy ticket protection because i knew i could make the show that got cancelled. Now im out the cash til i see if i can make the rescheduled show? Or i can resell my tickets myself then of i can't make the show? Lame.

Just send me the tickets already. Too many emails before I could download the tix, then I had to open an account. I'll be in Charlotte visiting. I want to see a ballgame, not view upcoming events elsewhere, not buy merchandise, not buy season tickets. I just want to see a ball game, period. Don't make it so damn difficult for a one time visitor. You'll make enough money from me for seat and food; there's no need to sell my email, cause I will be deleting it right away. Anyway.
It was an easy process, but the confirmation email takes about 30 min so you need to purchase your parking tickets with that in mind.

When someone buys an off site parking ticket, do not give directions to the event site. We were 1/2 mile away and were given directions on your site to the event. When I get to the parking area, they will give me directions for the walk. Tell your techies to get their act together.

The options for ticket purchase didn't tell me exactly which seats I was buying, the system didn't accept american express and I was caught by surprise at the end that the tickets were in USD. Why on earth are you charging in US dollars for a Canadian venue? If I had realized then I would not have purchased the tickets I did. The protection fee was also too high per ticket-

I am uncertain whether I will receive my tickets, as I saw some extremely negative reviews online. They promise delivery by the day before the concert, which is quite anxiety inducing. I've also read that their customer support is terrible. Overall, I truly wish I had bought from somewhere else.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
