It was a pretty simple process buying tickets. I got on the Rockhounds site. Found my seats and selected them. A couple of clicks and done.

Ordering tickets was fast and easy. Transferring them was a cinch
I wanted to buy tickets to multiple events but the system only allowed me to buy tickets for individual events. So I had to enter my credit card number multiple times. Then they sent a bunch of emails to confirm or something my purchase. I had to click on a link in each one. In addition, I'm getting spam texts purporting to be from them.

The email said I would be notified by the 'Seller' on how to receive my tickets. To me, the seller is your site- Ticketsonsale, I bought them from you! I spent time looking for an email from you, which of course, I did not find. I finally went on your chat site, the gentleman helped me find my ticket. I was annoyed it took so long to find the info, maybe others don't have a problem but I did and I'm not totally computer illiterate. Next time I'll know.
I have not received my tickets yet. How am I supposed to evaluate your service?
None of the experience told me that you are selling tickets with profit but you are not the official site of my team. None of the experience told me that I will receive my tickets only a few days or hours before the match. I learned this by talking to my bank. This is completely not convenient for me, I feel robbed.

I bought tickets but never got ann email confirmation until they emailed me to ask if I got confirmation on the tickets. When I clicked on"no". The next day I got an email confirmation. I was relieved. I am sure I would purchase again through them.
So far easy. We will see how easy it is when I try and enter the building on July 3,2025.
