I didn't realize that when I purchase my 4 concert tickets for $929.00 that I would not receive my tickets until possibly one day before the concert, which isn't until Oct 29th. I also didn't realize that the tickets I hopefully will receive, will have another person name printed on them other than mine. This is not how I usually do business and not what I expected, I would rather wait to give an over all review until after I hopefully have enjoyed my scheduled concert.
It was easy to use and the experience was simple. I recommend this site to other people.

Purchasing is a little confusing. Ended up ordering and received a receipt and confirmation email which stated tickets will be available 7/3. Today, 6/28, I received another email asking if I received an order confirmation. No tickets, very Confusing.

Had to contact customer service and go through the same automated messages about 5 times before any results were experienced. Though the senior customer service agents were patient and helpful, and I got my tickets, I likely won't go through this 3rd party route again.
When you are old school technology is confusing I would rather visibly see the ticket
Very sneaky to be the site that pops up in a search vs the actual Saints ticket sales. Cost us double for the tickets as a result. Will NOT make this mistake again!
