The ordering of tickets was easy and simple process with good service and followup.
Only two seats left in row 25 center floor tickets are available immediately after purchase so where are the tickets.

Getting access to my tickets was not clear. Customer support was very helpful in my getting them.
I thought I was buying from the ticket service the venue uses. I sadly realized too late that I bought form this aftermarket site and overpaid by A LOT. I'm pleased to see I actually received my tickets but I'm disgusted that I paid $80 instead of $35. I understand that this is a resale site, and I should have paid closer attention to who I was buying from, but there should be no reason a ticket should be priced that high for a show that isn't even sold out.

I am traveling and purchased tickets to a game in the city that I was traveling to... I was not traveling with my computer, and the email that I received contained instructions that included setting up the myticket account with a computer and not on a mobile device.
