Terrible way to purchase and receive tickets. If something goes wrong with the phone your tickets are lost. Making the purchase of the tickets is just as bad.

It's frustrating not receiving my tickets when I purchase them, instead of a few a days ahead of time.
This is the first time using the ap, so I thought. First time going to this teams game. Had to reset pass word, had to download tickets, have to call them up again at venue, service not guaranteed at venue, had to confirm receipt of tickets, had to review.
