I received a notice that my ticket order for parking at a Phillies Home Game went through, but never received the email with the link to the actual tickets. I had to call the phone number and wade through the phone tree to reach a human, who said they would be able to put the order through. The email with the ticket link came through with minutes to spare prior to arrival. There was nothing wrong with my credit card.

We purchased tickets on TicketsOn Sale that were advertised for a GuessWho Concert. Upon investigation we realized they are for a cover band, not the GuessWho and they were way more expensive purchasing them through TicketsOnSale. We tried to cancel this purchase with them and they were not able to help us. This is our first time using them and we will never use them again.

I purchased tickets for a baseball game in Canada to watch a Canadian team and was charged in USD. What a scam. $224 usd turned into $317 cad when I looked at the credit card charges. Why would this be the default currency for a Canadian event?

I bought 2 tickets that are all GA. The advertisement was for front Row 1, for 3X the price. Bought ticket protection, and can't get a refund due to the false advertising! You should vet your ticket resales better! Never buying off this sight ever again!
