Was a bit surprised about the price of a GA ticket the weird part was there were several options I went with the cheapest option. I am confused as to how there was four different prices for GA tickets I dunno it seemed haphazard is all not to mention the ad that came up six times while I was purchasing my tickets that read to hurry as the tickets are being bought out fast! Kind of made me feel pressured to be honest.

Crap. Way over priced. Tickets were half price from the actual venue

It told me my cart expired and so it never gave me any information about the order, but then I get an email saying I did in fact buy the tickets.

After buying them on a different ticket site. And this crappy site won't do anything about it.

I had a good experience purchasing these comedy tickets. The tickets were promptly shared with me via ticketmaster.

Overall the site was a breeze to use and the graphics were helpful. The service charges seemed unreasonably high, especially for cheaper tickets. The service charges should be proportional to the price of the tickets being purchased rather than a flat rate.

You need to mention when using US dollars so that people know the currency exchange. Also, your customer service rep was also aware. Please train your service reps if you are going to sell tickets outside of your country.

Bought 2 tickets ($1000) eight months before the event. Was told that the seller would deliver the tickets just in time for the event to "protect the integrity of the tickets". Seller delayed for 24 hours, claiming "difficulties". I received a call from Vividseats.com at 9:00 PM the night before the event, telling me that the tickets I had paid for 8 months ago were "unavailable", but that the seller would like to "upgrade my seats", or I could get a refund and miss the event altogether. I unfortunately took the replacement seats (which sucked). I guess the fact that seats around the ones I had bought (for $365 ea) were now selling for $1,800.00 might explain why they were suddenly "unavailable". Bottom line, do not trust Ticketsonsale.com, or their alter ego Vividseats.com. They are crooks

Had purchased tickets months ago and paid full price, only to never get the tickets by showtime, and was told my tickets "are not available" sorry! WTF? Are you F'n kidding me? They booked my seats and took my money for tickets they really Didn't have. SCAM. AVOID THIS PLACE.

For the love of everything do NOT use this website. Go DIRECTLY through the arena/venue/stadium, you will save so much money and pain. These are scalpers - they sold me fake tickets for WAY more than the normal price ($100+) and when I asked for a refund the customer service was extremely disrespectful, condescending and copy/pasted the same paragraph over and over again once they were tired of the conversation. The arena directly told me the tickets are not real, and when I tried to tell TOS this, they simply said, "No they aren't." They don't care about their customers- only scamming people and stealing your money. BE CAREFUL!

You'll be charged a premium for an unknown seating location which won't be near as good as you want for the price you are paying.
