Purchase tickets online with same card have used many times with other merchants. Transaction gets cancelled.for no reason. So when I look for my tickets Insee a cancellation notice. No phone calls no emails to complete or verify transaction before cancellation. So I call. Talk with agent...make a purchase of 3 tickets. Je says he made a special price. I am happy. Next day we drive 2hrs to get to the show only to find out our tickets got cancelled again. No warning. And we only found out on location. Had to purchase last availablentickets front row atb4x the price... $#*! this company. Never again.

This was an unauthorized purchase when I contacted the chat person and spoke with them via chat to explain to them. They were not trying to help me and said nothing I could do besides to try and sell them I called my bank. My bank canceled my card, and they have reversed the sale until the dispute is closed. I have filed a dispute. Thank you.
