This company took my money 2 years ago due to the pandemic. The concert was rescheduled twice. The reschedule date was moved to when I could not attend. They would not refund me, or let me resell my tickets. I found a buyer through a third party. 4 days before the concert, when their "customer service" told me I would receive my tickets, I received an email saying they would not be sending my tickets until the day of the concert. I lost my third party buyer. I now lost my buyer, cannot attend the concert, and paid all that money. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE FOR THE CUSTOMER?!?!
This company is so bad I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Also, I excepted more from Lady Gaga and her management. She lost a fan.
I was given tickets of lesser value than what I purchased through this site. They are not willing to honor the contracts made when purchasing certain ticket price tiers / zones. I ended up over paying more than $200 for my tickets that I should have bought directly from the venue. Never again!

I bought tickets from them. The event was cancelled. I didn't get my money back, I got a 'credit note'! Not very helpful. This also wasn't made clear when I originally bought the tickets. I also was under the impression that I was buying my tickets from Ticketmaster (who has given a full refund of MY money to this bunch of crooks). All I want is my money back and to never have contact with this 'company' again.
$1700 for two tickets near front row seats only to find out the week of the concert they issued us two tickets iin row 32 at $230 tickets.
Total rip-off.

I have called daily, or even more for the past week trying to get instant downloaded tickets for a show which starts in 90 minutes. I live 2 and a half hours away, so it was vital I get those tickets on my phone before leaving. Needless to say I can't go to a concert I bought tickets for 3 years ago b/c they won't fix the issue. Will be disputing the charges.
Hi, I purchased Rage Against The Machine tickets 2 years ago, they sent me a ticket that stated July 12th but the tickets were actually for July 11th. So, I missed the show that I waited 2 years for and paid $400 for, WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY! Customer service didn't care and helped in NO WAY.
Bought tix in 2020 event moved 5 x cannot get money back, cannot get a person on the phone. Covid policy means nothing and company should be in jail. Filing complaints with Attorney Generals in 3 states. DO Not do business with these people.
I bought tickets from them for the 1st time and did not receive them, their process did not work as outlined, exacerbated by terrible customer service. They did not stand behind their product and were frustrating to deal with. I've used StubHub and other services and this was the WORST experience ever.
Bought Cody Johnson tickets in May for the June 25th concert. Did not receive email with tickets by June 24th so I called Ticketsonsale.com to confirm tickets. Was told that I would receive by midnight, if not call back on the 25th. Morning of concert I received an email stating my order had been cancelled! When I called to inquire I was told "sorry tickets are no longer available and there are no replacement tickets." I went on tickets on sale.com website and there are tickets available and I ask to sell me those ticckets at the price I paid for original tickets. Was told they can't sale those tickets.
So this is a company that sells tickets that the company does not own and has never had in stock. Basically it's a resale site where sellers can hold tickets until the last minute for highest price. Even though tickets were already sold and buyers money has already been received.
Do not buy anything from this website! It is a scam!

I bought two-day tickets to a convert at the mission ballroom and the second day was cancelled. They didnt give me a refund for the second day, absolutely the worst place to buy tickets on. If I could give no stars I would. All this website does it take your money.
If you buy tickets within a stated zone, expect to get the worst seats possible. They won't be "comparable or better" as stated by their policy. They are a 3rd party, so any issues you have they will just wash their hands of it all. No customer satisfaction.
They charge over double the price for tickets. If I could give a 0 I would. I look up a group and without questioning the price at first I messed up and bought them. Well that was a costly mistake it was 235 dollars for a 110 dollar purchase. Be aware and don't not buy from this site
Purchased concert tickets for my daughter for Christmas. Tickets were supposed to be delivered on 6/14 but weren't (concert was 6/16). Chatted with customer service and seller transferred tickets the next day (6/15) but they were not the tickets I ordered. I ordered center stage seats but received tickets in a different section. Customer Service was as helpful as possible when I complained but tickets in my section were no longer available. The seller did provide me with a partial refund. This company needs to do a better job of vetting their sellers. I'm guessing the seller sold my tickets (which we're going for 4x the price I paid for them) and purchased these new seats that he transferred to me the day before the concert (the tickets had a stamped purchase date of 6/15). Shane on me for not reading these site reviews before purchasing.
I purchased two tickets to a soccer game online and what I received in the mail was two printed sheets which looked like photocopies both were parking passes and had the stall numbers written on them with a sharpie. When I called ticketsonsale they told me I ordered two parking passes and that I could sell them on social media and they would not refund me or exchange my tickets. I told them I had intended to buy two tickets to a game not two parking passes but they said that was my fault not theirs and there was nothing they could do. I did purchase the insurance for $15 in case there was any issues and the insurance company is telling me I don't have a valid claim. I spent $145 on two parking passes which don't even look like legitimate tickets.
Buyer beware. I stupidly bought tickets to a show without realizing it wasn't the official website. The show was then delayed a year... my tickets are not set to be delivered until a couple days after the first show of the new date. The company refused to refund for the tickets and can't give me any guarantee that I am actually getting real tickets.
I went through the chat 4 times. The first time I was cut off due to service in my area, so that was on me. The second they ran me through making sure I had checked my accounts at all the major box offices. They then, after much deliberation, said they were "re-transferring" the tickets and to wait for the proper notifications. I waited 12 hours and it is now the day of the concert. I contacted them a third time via chat, as that is the only means they have. We went through the whole schtick again. This time as they were about to try to "re-transfer" the chat window crashed; nothing else but the chat window was affected. I had to go back through this a fourth time. I tried to refer to previous conversations/chats but apparently they don't interact with eachother that way. They took me through the ringer again and then just pointed to Ticketmaster as the problem. Not dmsure yet if we will make it to the concert or get our money back. We used a credit card though so we may have recourse through that.
Since I can't rate this company at a minus 5 star review I'll give it a 1 star. I bought my tickets in august 2021 for an event in March of 2022. I never received my tickets. When I reached out to this company 4 days before the event I was told I would be receiving my tickets the day before the event. Two days before the event I was notified that the event was rescheduled from March 19th 2022 to August 13th 2022. When I requested a refund I was told no refunds were available. I either had an option to attend the event on the rescheduled date or attempt to resale my tickets. When I attempted to resale my tickets which were originally more than $800.00. I was told I could get max $305.00 for them if someone would buy them! I will never purchase tickets from ticketsonsale.com again. What a waste of money and time. I feel like I was robbed.
This company is a Huge Ripp Off. They should be arrested. We bought two tickets for Paul McCartney thru them. Not only did they charge more than Double of other ticket ordering companies, they Don't deliver your tickets. I had to go and register with MLB and try and get my tickets thru the baseball app. Because the concert is at Fenway park. It was a huge hassle which took a couple hours. I called "Tickets for Sale" and told them I wanted a refund and they said NO. I still have no tickets and they have taken my $860 bucks. THEY ARE SCUMBAGS. NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM THEM.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
