Yes the purchasing process was easy BUT your prices are VERY inflated and the Service Charge is too high! I should have waited 10 more minutes for the venue presale code because I could have gotten much better tickets at a much better price. When I called to try to cancel, of course I received the message that there are no cancellations or refunds. So I guess I am STUCK. Live and Learn - I won't use your service again.

I bought two tickets for IL Divo event in Casino Park, Bensalem, PA on Saturday Mar 11,2023, just 1.5 hours before the event began. I've got proof of buying the tickets and an email with instructions on how to get the tickets. It was required to get AXS app on phone, open an account and get the tickets. I did what they asked for, but I didn't get the tickets. Having those tickets on my phone was mandatory to show them to gain entry to my event.
I wanted to call the customer service of "TicketsOnSale" for help, but in the emails, I've got from them there was no phone #.
Me and my wife were already dressed up and ready to go, we were extremely disappointed having no tickets and staying at home.
Next day on Sunday I went to Park Cassino in Bensalem to look for some possibility to get back $188.04, but there was nobody working in there either from "TicketsOnSale" or "AXS". Then, I called my credit card used for that purchase. They told me that after pending when charge will be done the Merchant phone # will show up and I'll be able to call to solve my problem. I called them on Tuesday, but I heard that the event was performed 3 days ago, and they can't recover my tickets and sale was final.
Now I put transaction of buying the tickets on my credit card in dispute. I'll see what happens!
I bought six (6) tickets to the UNM Lobo game. Tickets were $36 each. My total invoice was $294.24. This includes a $70.74 service charge, plus an Electronic Transfer fee of $7.50. Still no tickets in my inbox.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
