You're already gouging me with the price, only for me to find out after purchasing that the row on the tickets I bought doesn't actually have actual SEATS! It;s standing only.

Tickets were advertised as section 200 general admission. One would assume that would mean you would have a seat somewhere in section 200. After purchasing 4 tickets in section 200 and receiving the mobile tickets, the tickets are NOT in fact in section 200 like advertised. Tickets are instead a SRO standing room only ticket. Nowhere in the description did it say SRO standing room only ticket. Tickets are falsely advertised and gave misleading information.
After chatting with a customer service representative and given more false information
I pulled up the stadium seating chart to locate the SRO standing room only space. The representative assured me there was "seats" below the press box. That is not at all what the actual stadium seating chart shows. SRO tickets are in right field and center field on the OUTSIDE of the stadium. Very disappointed in the false information and the fact the customer service representative offered no help or solution.
I accidentally purchased tickets online, called immediately to have transaction stopped. They had not even fully processed my transaction yet and the man on the phone refused to help me in any way. He kept repeating the same phrases. He wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. Also, I look now and they are charging double the face value of the tickets. AWFUL!
THe process was easy through this sites. Found tickets at a reasonsonable price the day of the concert. Had my tickets within a few minutes. But dislike having to pay the high fees for these sites.
Fees were almost as much as the ticket itself. If I purchased the insurance I would have paid more for fees and insurance that the actual ticket price.
Processing fees are ridiculously high. I received an email offering 10% off my order at checkout which would have helped offset the processing costs however I was not giving the discount. $600 for 2 tickets, over $150 in fees. Rip off.
After I had the account set up the system never did show the tickets in my account so I could display on the phone at the venue gate. Had to pull up the email and show the barcode on the email. I would suggest. Either stop offering this supposedly quicker no account needed purchase path or have a visible button that allows the sync to take place. BTW the help desk person was outstanding but now that I have an account I don't think I will have probs. Our team won so I have generally been very happy.
Buying tickets was quick and easy, but the "service fees" are too expensive. There is no service, it's all automated but I had to basically buy another ticket to pay for the fees.

The process was fine, but I was trying for a one day pass for $135 but even though I signed on before 10, the cheapest was $210, plus all the fees I ended up paying $280 which is almost what my friend paid for a 3 day.
I can't get in touch with anyone about honoring tickets for a different game. The stadium will only talk to me if I go through the original provider. Help!

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
