Canceled my sale after I purchased tickets saying everything was void. Still haven't received my money back

I was completely misled by the exorbitant fees per ticket. They were listed as $145 each and the final price was over $200 each with no explanation along the way or no clear way to back out.

I had a terrible experience this past weekend buying a ticket to the Psychedelic Furs concert. I did it on my phone, and I thought I was paying about $67 dollars but it ended up being more than $100.
When I asked the person in charge of tickets at the concert he was able to find out that I bought it from someone else, NOT directly from AXS. I was deeply disappointed and would like to receive some type o refund. I don't think the process was clear nor transparent.

No email was sent to let me know where to go or what app I needed to download to get my tickets and no help from you the provider

Horrible, it scams you into buying but then you can't get another tix and you already buy one. I did NOT even go to the Kevin Hart show AND I am out $165.00 for nothing!

I was a little disappointed in the amount of time it took for people to get seated because my seats were next to the isle. The lineup was amazing and entertaining. I was a little annoyed when the person next to me began smoking weed.

I have no phone then I cannot get my tickets ticket delivery is horrible

You are not informed about all the charges over the ticket price which in my case was well over $150.00.

I was very much looking forward to going to the Lauryn Hill concert with my mother. I purchased my tickets with insurance and everything seemed good to go. Until I received an email saying my order had been cancelled with no additional information or explanation. I switched to Ticketmaster.

Purchased tickets last night still no email or link to accept tickets

Found what I wanted and bought it quickly. Easy to use.

Hopefully I will receive my concert tickets. Once I bought them it stated the seller had well until past the concert date to provide them to me. Hopefully all goes well. I don't have them yet?

I'm from Colombia and i was not able to buy the tickets because the site does not have the posibility to add billing adress of my country

I thought i was on ticket master what a scam. Paid 129 for each ticket could of bought them for 47 through ticket matster

Shocked to see that it was easy to send a question and actually get a timely answer. Customer Service is great. They actually try to help at a time that it is close to impossible to get customer service involved with other companies.

I purchased concert tickets. Later that same day the same seats were $100 less a ticket! I want a refund.

I never received the email with my tickets, my event is today 5/20/23 and I should have received them by 5/18/23 but have not yet. I have reached out to customer service via chat, email, and phone and I can not get any help
