Bad the tickets were lost or who knows who they were delivered to

THE APP WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO TRANFER TICKETS, MAKING IT A BIGGER PROBLE THAN EHAT IT SHOULD BE. ALSO THE TICKETS WERE 128.00 EACH FOR TWO IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 256.00 PLUS TAX BUT MY FINAL SALE CAME UP TO 345.00 AND I CAN'T FIND ANY ONE TO TALK TOO IN ORDER TO FIND THE DIFFERENCE

I felt it was a very easy experience but i am uncertain if the tickets sent are the final tickets

I purchased these tickets for the price. Once fees were processed, it nearly doubled.

It can't cost 33% of tickets price for handling. That is highway robbery. Probablybnot use this service again

This company sucks! They won't process any refund ever…. Literally was reviewing my order and it sent, called them right away within 3 mins and got told that it's confirmed. I had an issue with the delivery of my event tickets because I typed the wrong email address when I placed the order. The customer service rep was extremely helpful in resolving the issue for me.

I am happy to be able to repurchase parking but having to pa 20+ dollars to overnight a ticket in this day in age is silly. There needs to be an electronic option.

Way too expensive. Tickets were originally $30 and I had to spend $115 on this crappy sight to buy a ticket

The fees are outrageous. It's just crazy how companies get away with adding so much in fees. The fees added a third of the ticket price to the total.

My tickets won't be emailed to me until the day of coney concert which sucks

I ordered ticket for wrong location and immediately texted to correct only to recieve an " I am sorry...our policy is" will never use them again.

It is nice that it's easy to use, but there were a few things that got to me a bit. First, adding an extra $22 per ticket I think is outrageous. Afterwards it said I qualify for $15 off, which I tried to get, but got kicked out afterwards. Come to find out, from another site, I could have gotten them for $35 a ticket. If I could get a refund and go through this other site, I would... which would save me $168

So, first I was stoked, thinking that the grandstand seating had sold out already.
Now, I'm sad because because I paid more for GA than the grandstand seats.

If I could turn back time, I'd spend more time investigating and choosing what I want from the original ticket seller. Would really like my money back.
