Terrible experience with it to not have any ticket qrcode but only an email saying my order is confirmed

Parking is 45 bucks the cost was 200 here. Total ripoff people should not buy from here

Ticket prices are quoted double and 250$ transaction fee which is crazy. Also there is no where on website they mentioned about these charges while booking from mobile website.

I want a full refund. My tickets never came through email.

Purchased tickets, yet have not been sent them. Was told through email to follow up via phone in 24-48 hours. Yet, once I did call, auto message states you are only dealing with events for the day of or day before. Still have not got sent my tickets yet... so I guess I will have to call again the day of the event... This is frustrating, confusing, and induced stress/ anxiety.

We paid $90 more than face value then the lot said that the ticket was not valid!

It said 568 on the receipt and you processed 789 on my credit card!

I web searched for Jordan Peterson tickets for his Dallas event and was brought to TicketsOnSale.com. In small print at the top, it warns you they are a ticket reseller, but the coloring is designed to make that barely noticeable throughout the process. When go to check out, the price for each ticket appears to the right of the screen, but at the very bottom of the screen in extremely small print is the amount you will be charged which is nearly twice the price of the tickets from the box office. What you will get after clicking "place order" is an email from the company telling you you will receive an email from a third-party seller with your tickets before the event. I believe what this site does is take your order then they purchase the tickets, mark them up double. I do not believe this is a resale site. What kind of reputable reseller would sell tickets they don't posess?

I am filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.

It said one price then changed to another once payment information was entered. I'm not able to print the tickets out. It's giving me all kinds of tasks but no are working to print out the ticket.

I received the download for tickets. I did that and saved to IOS wallet. Then I get another email to do the same. That says there is an error try again later. Wasting my time

The many emails and tricky business of accepting the tickets and then locating the tickets on a new app in the phone seems unnecessarily complex.

Overcharged for parking in Detroit 3/29/24 for NCAA Playoff Game. Thought it would be a good idea to pre-pay for parking lot close to Little Caesar Arena. It wasn't! Paid $123.77 for one parking spot. Figured parking lots were gouging fans for special event. The weren't. Price at lot for credit card paid on entry was $45 dollars. Lot was about half full. I was stupid to pay this much, but will never be taken by TicketsOnSale again. Spread the word. Do not use this site!
