I purchased tickets and was very dissapointed that my row could range some 20 rows. I wanted to buy an exact ticket.

Overcharged for parking in Detroit 3/29/24 for NCAA Playoff Game. Thought it would be a good idea to pre-pay for parking lot close to Little Caesar Arena. It wasn't! Paid $123.77 for one parking spot. Figured parking lots were gouging fans for special event. The weren't. Price at lot for credit card paid on entry was $45 dollars. Lot was about half full. I was stupid to pay this much, but will never be taken by TicketsOnSale again. Spread the word. Do not use this site!

I am a Canadian who was buying tickets for a Canadian venue. On the fist three webpages there is no indication as to the currency that this site deals in. I assumed I was dealing in Canadian dollars. I was incorrect. Even in the email they sent me as confirmation there was no mention of currency. It was not until I had received my invoice from PayPal that I realized that this site deals in USD not Canadian dollars. So I ended up paying over $200 more for the tickets than I believed I was going to pay. When I contacted their service people I was told "too bad". "No refunds". I'm sure somewhere in there policy page it states the currency but the webpages you go through in order to purchase and pay are misleading as to the currency they use. Watch out.

Overpriced tickets even compared to ticketmaster. Plus we didn't even receive our tickets...says "they aren't available until 2 days before the concert".

Super unprofessional way to do business. Why would I risk not having tickets until 2 days until the concert? Ended up just buying additional tickets on ticketmaster to ensure I actually get them.

Received the parking permit in an untimely manner. We had to find parking elsewhere and were already in the arena by the time I received the transfered parking pass. Do not use this site, it's completely worthless.

Would have been fantastic to know that your prices for a concert in canada are NOT in Canadian dollars. The $177 tickets that I purchased ACTUALLY cost me $249. I did not see ANYTHING indicating you were charging American dollars. I feel duped.

Feel I was ripped off... Ticket was way more than I thought I was paying

I was looking for last minute Noah Kahan tickets and I clicked through thinking it was the ticketmaster site. Don't love that but besides, ended up getting tickets and it all worked out great.

When ordering from this site, they take your money with out sending you the tickets. Claiming they'll be sent out the day before the event. This is allowing them time to get through the refund window with your bank. Do not use this site for purchases.

The ticket got more nd more expensive, and in the end you charged me $116 for a $58 ticket..

Well when you add $25 to a $55 parking pass and it doesn't show up until you get the email stating how much it was…that's Horrible! I will never use your site again and will make sure my friends don't either!

Charges added that were not spelled out. This is a scam service. And I can't get my money back seconds after hitting the purchase button.

Tickets that said would be 137$ was not the case. They charged my Credit Card near 190$

On a $15.95 parking garage ticket, they marked it up over $50 and there were $20 of hidden fees beyond the advertised price! Total scam. Do not use this seller.

Just worry about receiving the tickets because they are electronic delivered.

$550 service fee. Seriously? Ridiculous. No order cancellations either. None. Take your money elsewhere.

2 tickets at $147 each and the total is $395! Zero info on the site about the fees.

This site was very easy to use. Straightforward and quick. Helps you find a parking space with lot selections for finding the parking spot you want.
