The only price that showed up before I finalized the purchase was the ticket price, not the final cost taking into account all the additional fees (which, since I didn't see any, I assumed were included in the ticket price). That isn't at all legal—the customer has the right to know how much they'll be charged before they confirm the purchase. The ticket price was $175, with all the additional fees the total came out to $232 per person. That is a huge difference! I should have been allowed the opportunity to see those fees before my credit card was charged; had I know, I would have looked for a different alternative for purchasing these tickets.

I purchased 5 concert tickets, which led me to believe that they were in Canadian $. After I purchased them and I received the e mail, did it state that was in American $.
Now I am trying to cancel the tickets and nobody answered on line chats or your emails.
Process was great but was slapped with no itemized receipt so price added an extra $100!

Went to the Straz site for tickets and was moved to TOS. Numerous tickets were available, some with substantial savings, which i jumped on. Have yet to see how the seats will turn out, but if they are acceptable, i will have scored a coup.
As soon as I realized my mistake - thinking I was on ticket master, I tried to cancel - no way to do it...
Within minutes of purchasing the tickets you've sent me four emails and counting. Pump the breaks guys. Let me enjoy the purchase and send me other stuff a day or two later. The extra fees are a pain, but whatever.

Ticket surcharge is ridiculous of 60.00 dollars there is nonreason that you have to charge that much for tickets absolutely dumb..
